Returns And Exchange
- Your product
is eligible for return and exchange within 7 days of the date it was delivered.
The product is eligible for return or exchange only
if;
- The item is
unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Tags must be
intact and a valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- Once your
return or exchange is approved, the replacement or refund will be processed
within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- For certain
marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules
may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For
any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer support.
- If return
pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you’ll need to arrange shipping at your
own cost.
- Customised
Products (e.g.: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc.) cannot be returned since
they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand.
- Personal care
appliances and women’s hygiene products cannot be returned due to hygiene
issues.
- Vitamin C
serums are non-exchangeable. Due to their sensitivity to heat and the
possibility of leakage during transit, we are unable to offer exchanges for
these products.
If you have
received a wrong product other than your order, you can follow a few simple
steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via Email (care@elyvbeauty.com) or Customer
Support Number (+91-6378187793)
within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your
request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order.
Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- We will pick
up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process
only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their
seals, labels, and barcodes intact within 7 days.
- Gifts are
limited to sales products and may be used up early. When returning, you must
also return the gift. Gifts will be provided to members only eligible for the
gift. If the gifts are temporarily out of stock, the event may be terminated
without notice. You can check the exact gift details in ‘Order Details’ after
ordering.
Note: If it is
a case of replacement, it is subject to stock availability. In case a
replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
- Once your
return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved,
your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–10
business days.
- If the
replacement is approved and processed, it will be delivered within 5-10
business days.
- Please allow
additional time for your bank or credit card Company to complete the refund
process.
For cash on
delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund
amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be
completed within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your
bank details on email. It will take additional 2-3 business days for the amount
to reflect in your account.

more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t
received it, please contact us at care@elyvbeauty.com .
IMPORTANT:
- Refunds and cancellations are not applicable during
sale periods or on discounted products.
- Clearance Sale items are non-refundable.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and
inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If
approved, the refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10
business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit
Card Company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since
we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
