·       Free shipping for all orders above ₹999 and a shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged for orders below ₹999.

·   Cash on Delivery is not available for orders below ₹200 or above ₹20,000 for New Customers and below ₹249 or above ₹10,000 for Repeat/ Existing Customers

·       We work with trusted third-party courier partners to deliver your orders safely.

·       Dispatch Time: 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

·       Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days (may be longer for North-East, Jammu & Kashmir and Andaman & Nicobar).

·       If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

·       While we aim for timely delivery, please note that delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

DELIVERY PROCESS

·       HOW IT WORKS: Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

·       After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

·       Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

·       If your Order is showing as delivered but you have not received it, Please update us within 5-12 hours so that we can look into it, or else after the TAT gets over we can’t look into the order.

We ship PAN INDIA!!! (We also ship internationally with certain conditions. You can mail us on care@elyvbeauty.com for any queries.)

TRACKING THE ORDER

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/Instagram with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

 

PACKAGING AND DAMAGE

ELYV maintains a very high level of quality control and till date, we have received minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging.
To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap, which are then packaged in boxes which are wrapped in plastics.

Important:

·       Please record a video while unboxing your product.

·       Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without an unboxing video.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

·       The product received is faulty or damaged due to our error.

·       The wrong product was dispatched.
